Sing Along Songs – Disneyland Fun

$7.69
Sing, dance, and play along with your favorite Disney songs! It’s fun and easy as you read the on-screen lyrics and join your favorite characters in their most memorable musical moments! Sing along to the happiest songs on earth at the happiest place on earth — Disneyland! Your host, Mr. Owl, invites you to celebrate a musical day with all your favorite Disney friends. Join Mickey and Minnie for fun and thrills as they hustle and bustle behind the scenes at the park! Then get a front-row seat on some of the wildest rides, like Star Tours, Splash Mountain and the Matterhorn, with Chip ‘n’ Dale, Roger Rabbit, and a Magic Kingdom filled with sing-along adventures. It’s easy to see why this is one of the bestselling sing-alongs from Disney: it plays like the ultimate family-vacation home movie. Instead of fleeting glimpses of your favorite characters on your home videos of Disneyland, this 27-minute episode showcases Mickey, Goofy, Pluto, and their friends hanging out with kids inside the Magic Kingdom singing (well, their lips don’t move) such popular songs as ” Zip a Dee Do Dah,” “It’s a Small World,” and “Step in Time” with the lyrics appearing on screen for youngsters. The one drawback is the video was shot in 1990, so none of the newer rides are shown, and worse yet, some older rides seen aren’t around anymore (“Mom, why didn’t we go on the submarine?”). Perhaps that isn’t a drawback since, despite the age, and some truly unknown songs (“Making Memories”), the program continues to be popular. –Doug Thomas >>Read More

if you want to go to Disneyland, think first on where you reallly want to go. There is a lot of Disneyland in the world… SOme are HOngkong, Japan and USA. Then research them in the Internet. Ask some travel guides and agency about that. Conduct a survey if it is necessary and always check the cost, availabilty, etc. Just always be ready in case of problems, etc. Goodluck!

It depends on what information you are looking for. The disneyland.com web site is probably the best if you are looking for Hours, Entertainment Schedules, Ticket and Hotel Costs.
If you want a personal touch and belong to AAA, if so you can go to a AAA office that has a Travel Agency. Most every location will have at least one person who is very knowegeable about Disney Travel Packages.
If you are looking more at the Ride Descriptions and more of a guide book then check out your local book store. There are tons of books in the Travel Section on Disneyland. They include everything from the Hotels and Tickets to a description of each ride and resturant. Some will even give you recomendations as to when to go to each ride.
There are also several Disney “Fan” sites that can give you a lot of informtion.

The Disney website is really the best place for information on all of Disney’s resorts. I’m assuming your wanting to go to California, unlike WDW in Florida there are only 3 Disney owned hotels in California and all are a bit pricey. For hotels/motels nearby try hotels.com or cheaptickets.com, you can also find airfare on cheaptickets. The address for Disneyland is 1313 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim Ca, you can type that address into Yahoo maps and use Smartview to find hotels and motels nearby. The city runs shuttle service in the area for a few dollars a day per person also info here http://www.rideart.org/ for your park tickets buy directly from Disney, AAA, USO if military or the State be wary of other places many are scams, stay away from ebay and craigslist for Disney tickets.
Start by choosing your dates, then search for lodging in the area, if your flying in you want to look at airfares also, they can be expensive near the holidays. The first two weeks of ecember will be the best time to go, the last two weeks are very busy. Book your room and flight then go to http://www.disney.go.com, click travel and Disneyland resort, on the left you have options for everything from a package deal to just tickets, if you want to book everything through Disney they are great and very easy to use, I just recommend calling to book instead of doing everything online. Everything you need to book through them is on the left side of the page.
