actually they are in the same place, lol. in fact, they're right across from each other. when you buy tickets you can visit both because those tickets are park hopper passes.

california adventure is more geared towards teens and adults whereas disneyland is geared towards people of all ages.

They are two very different theme parks but very close to each other. You can walk from the gate to Disneyland to the gate to DCA in about 2 minutes. It's true though, the Tower of Terror is at DCA. Buy admission to both parks so you can hop from one to the other. They have "hopper" tickets or if you are local you can get a deal on a "2-fer ticket" for one park one day and the other park the next day. Take a day to explore each!

No, they are two separate theme parks. California Adventure is an additional park they added about 7 years ago. The rides in California Adventure are more for adults/teens because they have the rollercoasters such as California Screamin and Tower of Terror. California Adventure is more of the "non-Disney" park compared to Disneyland. Either park is fun, I recommend going to both if you have a park hopper ticket!

I hope this helps.

Disneyland & California Adventure are two separate theme
parks. They are both on Disney property, owned by Disney
but require seperate admission. (It is like Disney World.
There is the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom,
Hollywood Studios, Blizzard Beach & Typhoon Lagoon.
They are all on Disney property but are separate parks
and all require admission).
The Tower of Terror is in California Adventure. For a few
dollars more you can upgrade your one day ticket to
a park hopper ticket. Contact Disneyland at 1-407-939-7500

They are in the same place but they are not the same park. They are across from each other. They are two different parks. :]

If you want to ride the tower of terror thats in Califronia Adventures! Im Sorry :[

But you can get a park hopper, but the only thing is, is that it cost more but its so worth it just as long as you are going to stay for at least three days. :] Its a lot to do, that is why you need more days. :]

no, they are not the same. the disneyland park has many more rides. i basically think that the disneyland park is more of the kid place to be, but you can always be a kid there. there are plenty of fast rides too, so yes its amazing there.

but, CA adventure is full of the fast rides, but only like 2 slow rides. i dont reccomend it for kids that much, but for teenagers.

if you have any other questions about disneyland, please feel free to email me at:

disneylandlover110@yahoo.com

i love the disneyland park a lot more! its amazing! fun and fun.

They are two separate parks, but both part of the Disneyland Resort in California. Tower of Terror is in California Adventure, not Disneyland. If you have a one day/one park pass you can upgrade to a Park Hopper for only $25. Then you can go to both parks.

If you are buying tickets when you are there, they have a special offer right now where they give you a 2fer ticket. So, you can go to Disneyland one day, then come back anytime within 30 days and go to California Adventure for free.

Disneyland and California Adventure are right next to each other

no, they are both VERY different. CA is themed as, basically, all the good things about california, plus a bit of Disney/Pixar added to the mix. Disneyland is purely Disney/Pixar rides/attractions, so the two are different. They also do not share any of the same rides or attractions. And yes, the Tower Of Terror is only in CA, not DL.
