How long does it take to walk to the disneyland entrance from the disneyland hotel?

I’m going to disneyland in California and i’m staying in the disneyland hotel. I know about the monorail, but I want to just walk to the entrance on some of the days i’m there to take in the sights of downtown disney. So how many minutes from disneyland hotel to the main entrance?
